Our D1 Performance Training Program is for the competitive high school athlete looking to take their training to the next level. For those aspiring to play collegiate sports, athletes will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled and experienced performance coaches that will help you increase your vertical, speed, strength, power and develop the athletic skills to dominate the competition.
The D1 Performance Training Program is limited to just 10 athletes. The program is offered year-round with month-to-month opportunities for participation. Train for 2 months, 3 months, or keep it going year-round. Athletes have the flexibility to come and go year-round.
When registering for 1 workout a week you will have the opportunity to attend either a Monday or Saturday workout. No reservation required. Choose the weekly workout that best fits your sport and school schedule, alternating freely between the two available training days. Want to train more often?- Register for 2 workouts a week.
SUMMER OF STRENGTH
An intensive 2 month summer training program designed to prep the high school athlete for fall competition

Our Summer of Strength Program is for the competitive high school athlete looking to take their training to the next level. For those aspiring to play collegiate sports, athletes will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled and experienced performance coaches that will help you increase your vertical, speed, strength, power and develop the athletic skills to dominate the competition in the upcoming school year.
The Summer of Strength Program is limited to just 8 athletes. The last Saturday of June (the 25th) and July (the 30th) we will be offering a bonus, free of charge, training session for any athlete that is participating in the Summer of Strength Program. We understand vacations and other time constraints may require our athletes to miss a session from time-to-time. For this reason, we are offering 2 complimentary workouts as "makeup days" or "bonus days."
MEET YOUR COACHES

PERSONAL: Matt has been a Performance Coach for over 15 years. Playing collegiate football at UCLA, he discovered his passion for human performance while he was a student athlete looking to gain a competitive edge in a fiercely competitive playing field. Residing in Los Angeles for almost two decades, Matt furthered his professional career after college and solidified himself as a highly sought after Performance Coach, working with youth, collegiate, professional, and Olympic level athletes throughout Southern California. In addition to working with athletes and adults for general fitness, Matt managed, directed, and provided professional education within high end health clubs and sports performance facilities throughout Los Angeles. Being a recent transplant to Colorado, Matt now works with high schools, sports clubs, athletes, and adults, providing sports performance programs, training, advisory work, and educational seminars relating to human performance.
FAMILY: Wife- Volleyball at UCLA, USA National Beach and Indoor Training Team, professional Volleyball in The Swiss Professional League, Operations Director at The Diff Volleyball Club, Owner and Director of Aspire Beach Volleyball, Realtor at C3 Real Estate Solutions. Uncle- Football at USC and NFL (Raiders for 13 years). Father- Football at Cal Poly University San Luis Obispo. Sister- Volleyball at Purdue University. Sister- Basketball at Humboldt State University. Uncle- Basketball at Fresno State and NBA (Nets).

PERSONAL: Kyler has been coaching athletes and adults in human performance and holistic health for over a decade. Kyler’s passion for training started early on in high school while training to compete in baseball, football, basketball, and track. His passion for human performance accelerated in college as he earned his bachelor’s degree in health & human physiology: exercise science from the University of Iowa. While attending school in Iowa, he participated and was an integral part of the universities’ nationally ranked cheer squad. Additionally, he worked as a performance coach for the universities’ Olympic Strength and Conditioning program, gaining experience with over 20 different division I varsity sports. After his undergraduate work, Kyler moved to Loveland Colorado and earned his Master’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science: Biomechanics from the University of Northern Colorado. While earning his degree at UNC, Kyler worked as a graduate assistant with the Strength and Conditioning program. He assisted with every team in the weight room along with being in charge of programming and training for men’s and women’s middle distance and cross-country. While earning his Master’s Degree, Kyler also worked with the University of Wyoming men’s basketball performance department as a sport scientist. Along with his bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, Kyler is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, FRC mobility specialist, StrongFirst Level 1 Kettlebell, and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach.
FAMILY: Residing in Loveland, Colorado, Kyler now lives with his girlfriend who competed in collegiate cheerleading for the University of Iowa and is now a Career Counselor for individuals with special needs. Kyler enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, hiking fourteeners, playing pick up basketball, and being a highly skilled coach working with the performance and fitness programs at In-House Fitness & Athletics.
